About Aftertaste Studio

Aftertaste Studios is a Sydney-based photography and design studio specialising in hospitality.

Founded by Joseph Agravante, the studio is shaped by over a decade of experience working within the hospitality industry, including four years at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. This background informs a considered approach to both photography and design, grounded in an understanding of service, timing and atmosphere.

Working with hotels, restaurants and bars, we capture spaces, people and experiences with intention. From guest rooms and dining environments to cocktails and the rhythm of service, our work focuses on the details that define how a space is experienced.

By working with the natural flow of a venue, rather than against it, we’re able to document moments unobtrusively, preserving the integrity of the guest experience.
